I paid but my Gold isn't showing
Open the game on the same phone and browser you paid on, then open the Shop. Gold usually appears within a minute. If it still isn't there, send us a message below. Choose "Payment problem" and add the Paystack reference from your receipt email.
Can I cash out my Owo or Gold?
No. Owo and Gold are pretend money for the game. They can't be cashed out, sold or sent to anyone.
I lost my player or changed phones
Your player lives in the browser where you started. There are no logins, so if you cleared your browser data or moved to a new phone, we can't bring that player back. Sorry. You can start a new one.
Can I change my guest type?
No. Your guest type and status are yours for good. That's part of the fun.
How does the leaderboard work?
Your best party score of the week counts. The board resets every Saturday at midnight, Lagos time.

This deletes your player, parties, scores, Gold and card themes for good, and takes you off the leaderboard. You can't undo it. Records of payments stay for 6 years because tax law requires it, but they won't be linked to you any more.
